Structure

The organisation of TUSI Inc. consists of:

• Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BD) will consist of the founders of the Association.

• Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (EC) is the main executive organ of the association and approves strategic directions, organisation structure, policies and implementation processes. EC observes the association governance principles and a code of conduct in keeping with those of the association constitution and the NSW Associations Incorporation ACT 2009.

• Working Groups

There are currently three working groups active, as follows:

• Professional Services
• Training
• Research and Publication
